We will set up a 3x3m walk-in Butterfly gazebo with friendly and beautiful butterflies chosen to be suitable for close interaction with people.

Ideal for: fairs, festivals, fetes, community events, libraries, celebration activities and open days

What you get:

  • Our gorgeous butterfly gazebo which can accommodate 100-120 people per hour.
  • Depending on availability we can also bring some stick and leaf insects.

  • Craft table with 4 activities, all supplies included and children are able to take their creations home. Can accommodate 50 children per hour.

  • Our gorgeous butterfly gazebo which can accommodate 100-120 people per hour.
  • Brochures on how to build a butterfly garden, a knowledgeable presenter available for questions and guidance, brochure with local butterfly species and their host plants.
  • A DIY butterfly feeder craft table for children to make and take home. Take home instructions included. Can accommodate 40-50 children per hour.

Face painting and glitter tattoos

Ideal for: Fairs, festivals, markets, library events, celebration days and nights.

What you get:

  • Our gorgeous butterfly gazebo which can accommodate 100-120 people per hour.
  • An experienced face painter offering a variety of designs from full face to cheeks and arm designs.
  • Glitter tattoos instead of or in addition to a face paint design. Biodegradable glitter is used
    *Glitter tattoos can last up to 5 days if cared for. Can be removed with soap or rubbing alcohol if needed to be removed sooner.

Children and adults will be able to observe and enjoy these majestic creatures. In the gazebo everyone will have a chance to feed Monarch butterflies, observe them close up and have them sitting on their hand, head or clothes as they prefer!  All ages will be fascinated by this unique butterfly experience not available anywhere else… Plenty of photo opportunities!!

Travel surcharge (calculated from Caulfield Junction):

21 – 30 km – $50 + GST

31 – 40 km – $68 + GST

41 – 50 km – $82 + GST

If you are further away, let’s discuss the options on a case by case basis.

Our awesome presenters are fully trained and have hundreds of hours working with children ( WWCC are held by all staff).

If the event organisers choose to, we can accept golden coin donations/entry fee from the festival goers to reduce your cost. You could end up making a profit…
